This shrimp boat, the St. Louis, was lifted up by storm surges during Hurricane Rita and deposited on the dock at the Tri-Con facility, at Sabine Pass, near Port Arthur, Texas. Fortunately, the vessel was
salvaged. In the foreground, circular concrete pads had served as the foundations for fuel storage
