Hurricane Photos: Shrimp boat and dock tossed about like toys in a bathtub.

This shrimp boat, the St. Louis, was lifted up by storm surges during Hurricane Rita and deposited on the dock at the Tri-Con facility, at Sabine Pass, near Port Arthur, Texas. Fortunately, the vessel was salvaged. In the foreground, circular concrete pads had served as the foundations for fuel storage tanks. Those tanks were shifted from their positions by hurricane winds and storm surges, causing a diesel fuel spill.
